Oatmeal Cream Facial Mask
A soothing mask that will help moisturize and calm skin.

Ingredients:

1/2 cup plain instant oatmeal
1/8 cup honey
One egg white

2 tablespoons cream

Crush oats with back of spoon, or give them a give whirl in a blender until they are crushed into small pieces. Mix in honey, egg white, and cream. Massage into face and allow to dry. Rinse off with a mild cleanser.

see how young this little cook looks helping his granny cook up her magic in the kitchen.

Egg Yolk Acne Buster
Who says having egg on your face is a bad

Ingredient:

One egg

Separate egg white from yolk. Spread yolk over face and allow to dry. Wash off with cool water and follow with a toner. alternatively my favourite all time achne cleanser is good old mayonaise. the cheaper the better. just watch out for the vinegar aaah can nip but after a couple of uses gone is the horriable red bloches.

dont let the egg white go to waste!

run a warm bath with steam!. whisk the egg white now dip in some white tissue paper. good old loo roll works place over the face and kneck. lie back in the bath and relax. once the tissue has dried onto your face peel it off. do your make up and wow instant polifila for the wrinkles. this doesnt last for ever but once you take off your make yp your back to normal. dont be like me and use pink paper. i looked like i was blushing all day.

Toning Veggie Mask
Avocados are rich in Vitamin E, carrots high in Vitamin A, and cream feels like silk on the skin.or tastey enough to eat.

will store in air tight container for 3 days in the fridge

Ingredients:

One avocado, mashed
One cooked carrot, mashed
1/2 cup heavy cream
One egg, beaten
3 tablespoons honey

Combine all ingredients in a bowl. Spread over face and leave on ten to fifteen minutes. Rinse off with cool water.alternatively just mash up the avacado smooth over the face, neck and i even do elbows and knees. lie back in a warm bath and get up feeling younger. if you dont want the rest of the luxuary mask to go to waste it makes a lovely dip for crisps.

WHAT GOES WERE AND WHY?

if it's natural it's useable. look into your cupboards you will be amazed at all the natural spa ingrediants you have to hand.

Grapefruit Ginger Body Scrub
I love the smell of invigorating grapefruit. Not only will this scrub polish your rough spots, it’ll wake you up!

Ingredients:

1 cup brown sugar
1/2 cup sea salt or Epsom salts
1/2 cup honey
1 teaspoon ground almond pieces
4 tablespoons grapefruit juice
2 teaspoons freshly ground ginger

Mix all the ingredients in a Tupperware or large stainless steel bowl. While standing in shower or bathtub, scrub backs of arms, legs, and rough spots with body polish. Rinse off with warm water. save the rest in air tight tub in fridge for next time. use within a couple of days. great for getting the skin ready for all that flesh showing christmas outfits.

Herbal Mint Steam Clean
When your face is hanging over a steaming bowl of water, there’s really no other choice but to relax. This is like taking tea for your face.

Ingredients:

One chamomile tea bag
One green tea bag
Two springs of lavender
Two sprigs of mint
3 cups water

Boil water in a kettle. Rip open tea bags and place contents in large bowl with lavender and mint. Pour in boiling water and lean face over bowl, covering head with a towel.

when finished throw the ingrediants into a running bath and soak away the stress.

bathing

the bath has amazing relaxing qualities all you need to do is. lock the door, light some candles put on the radio and lie back. i like to put a good glugg of extra virgin olive oil in the bath during the winter it moisturises and softens the skin leaving you with a shimmering look to you ALL over.thr olive oil in your hair is great too but will need washed out afterward. if your hair is dry or damaged leave it in till morning then wash it out. frizz ease for the price of a bath.speaking of the bath! be careful getting out of the bath though!!! i can tell you it's not funny slamming onto the floor like a floundering fish all dignity around your ears. when i am having a special treat i love a couple of tablespoons of honey in the bath. smells amazing and you feel like a princess.
