self? what do you see when you look in the mirror?
is it the happy go lucky smiling confident person everyone else see's or do you like millions of others out there find that behind the mirror the person you are is not the person you share with the world?

Don't take life so seriously!

Laugh more

If you can barely crack a smile, breaking into raucous laughter might seem like a bit of a tall order. But the endorphins released when you laugh will take the edge off the blues. In this situation, passive entertainment is what is called for. Watch your favourite funny DVD, chat with a friend who always makes you laugh, or venture out to a party with some jolly friends and get laughter on the menu. my personal favourite place for a good old laugh believe it or not is a family funeral once all the weepn and wailing goes in comes the old family stories and memories of better time.

HOW TO CHANGE YOUR INNER SELF

Look on the bright side

In most situations, reasons to be happy massively outnumber reasons to be sad, so try to count your blessings. In this instance “At least it’s sunny”. I still have life left to live, I have friends, family work and the birds still sing in the morning.

not much but at least with all the doom and gloom in this ecconomy and world we are still better off than a lot of others.

don't wollow in the what if's ?, what might and worse of all the if only's ?  get yourself into the new mind set of the I am lucky because it could be a lot worse and i can alway's change what I don't like into something I do like.

Keep a diary

There is a reason why diaries are eternally popular with depressing and lonesome teenagers – they are a brilliant for worries and depressing thoughts. Writing down what you feel is a great way of getting a sense of perspective on problems or emotions that could otherwise seem overwhelming. Set aside a portion of time in which to write each day, stopping when the time is up. Don't just keep all the woes and owns finish the day with the good stuff too. Even if it's only that you did the tasks you have been putting off all day. Diaries don't have to be a chore make them into a memory too. add pictures articles anything that made you stop and think, smile or just a fallen leaf you picked up on a walk home from the bus on a winter morning.

Stop wallowing

As tempting as it is to lie in bed with duvet up round your ears feeling miseriable and woeful get up. Do something about it. what really is the core of your problem? write it down list how it can be resolved and like an onion peel away the layers. sure there are tears involved most problems have them so what. do you know how much of a relief it can be to simple weep out loud, cry if you want get it all out then when you feel you can't grieve anymore over your mis-fortune change it. if your problem is lack of money? BUDGET. If your over weight/ STOP turning to food for comfort. As much as i love to curl up with a glass of wine and some truffles I can't be woeful over my jello bum and regular hang overs. Get to know the problems, the triggers and the cures.

Make an effort

It is worth trying to cheer up. Numerous studies have shown that happier people are healthier. Researchers from University College London found that moments of happiness protect your body, lowering levels of stress hormones and making you less likely to suffer heart attacks or strokes. so let's make this summer the summer of love laughter and good times. try and give it a go that's all we are asking. remember we only believe in miracles we don't perform them only you can do that.
